You can contact us by phone or by post at this address about this notice or a privacy request.

What information do we use, and why?

When you visit the website

The web server and the services that deliver website files may process technical connection details, such as your IP address, browser and device information, the page requested, the time of the request and the referring website. This is needed to deliver the pages, keep the website secure and diagnose technical problems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

When you contact us or make a booking

This website has no contact form. If you call us, we use the information you choose to share, such as your telephone number and the details of your question, to respond and help you. If you book, you are sent to JuztBooking. Information you enter there, such as your contact details and appointment details, is used to arrange and provide your treatment. We receive the information needed to manage your appointment. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before an agreement and performing the booking agreement.

JuztBooking operates the external booking service. Information you provide on its booking page is also subject to the information shown by JuztBooking there. If you make a payment through that service, payment details are handled by the payment provider shown during checkout; this website does not collect card details.

Language preference

The website stores your chosen language in local storage in your browser, so it remembers your preference on this device. You can clear this setting in your browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing your requested website setting.

No analytics or advertising profiles

The website does not use analytics or advertising scripts and does not build advertising profiles.

Who may receive information?

We share information only where needed to operate the website or provide a service you request. This includes the website hosting provider, Google for the site fonts and the map on the Contact page, and JuztBooking when you choose to book. These providers process information under their own privacy terms or, where applicable, on our behalf.

When your browser loads an external service, that provider may receive your IP address, browser details and the requested resource. The Google Map is embedded on the Contact page and loads as you view it. Read more in the Google privacy policy.

Some providers may process technical data outside the European Economic Area. Where data protection law requires it, transfers must use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and safeguards. See the relevant provider’s notice for details.

We may also provide information where required by law or a lawful request from a public authority.

How long do we keep information?

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. We remove or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, unless a legal retention duty applies.

  • Your language preference remains in your browser until you change or clear it.
  • Booking and appointment details are kept while needed to manage your appointment and any follow-up. Records that form part of the business accounts are kept for the statutory tax-record period, generally at least seven years.
  • Technical server and CDN logs are kept according to the retention settings of the relevant provider.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or provide data you supplied in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

Contact us using the address or telephone number above. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. It uses browser local storage only for your language preference. You can clear it in your browser settings. When the embedded Google Map loads, Google may use its own storage or cookies; the Google privacy policy explains how Google handles information in its services.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our website or the way we process information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
